Specific initiatives throughout the year offer special opportunities for W&M supporters to come together to meet giving challenges and incentives that enhance impact.

• Fraternity & Sorority Alumni Challenge
  An opportunity for the more than 24,000 alumni who are members of social fraternities and sororities to enrich the lives of students in their chapter.
• Giving Tuesday
  A global movement that celebrates the spirit of generosity and giving. This annual event takes place on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and underscores the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations coming together to make a positive impact in the world.

  The university’s celebrated annual giving day that has become an honored tradition.
• Tribefunding
  W&M’s crowdfunding platform with new projects posted each semester.
• Year of the Arts Challenge
  Encourages our community to engage in a fun and friendly competition while supporting the arts in all its forms.
