The Office of the Recording Secretary (ORS) ensures the integrity of gifts made to the University and its related foundations so that the university remains at the forefront of teaching, learning, and research.

ORS services include the following:

• Gifts: Documents, new restrictions/purposes, establishment of new funds, group endowment initiatives, other
• Research: Gift compliance for existing funds, capital projects, naming opportunities, other
